At DMA you will progress through a unique martial arts syllabus of mixed martial arts. In our adult classes you will learn techniques from Kickboxing, Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Muay thai and Self Defense in safe and professional classes.
As a Character Development Centre your child will benefit from a full program of resources from the world renowned Powerful Words program and engaging child appropriate martial arts lessons.
Adult Classes based at Fitness First gym, Chester Green Derby. Children’s after school kids classes in Spondon and Chaddesden for excellent friendly karate club. Improve health and fitness at DMA!
